The Breakfast of Weight Watchers
Good afternoon all. I just thought I’d throw my 2 cents worth in. I was really on top of things this morning as far as food goes. Here it is my breakfast.
9 T of egg whites= 2 pts
1/4c of seasoned frozen veggies= 0pts.
3 T 2% grated cheddar(from bag of course)=1pt
1T turkey bacon pcs.=0pts
coffee w/3T hazelnut ff creamer=1pt
2 slices lt.italian sourdough bread(natural valley)=1 pt w/ spray butter 0 pt
I use Braggs liguid amino spray instead of salt and for flavoring-yummy
I cooked the veggies in a non stick pan w/pam and added turkey bacon and egg white , sprinkled on cheese. Quick and DELISH!! Total points 5- YEAH!!!!
